Your work originates from the transformation of spherical bronze. Can you describe the technical process that turns this material into jewelry?

Il punto di partenza è un materiale che nasce in ambito industriale: il bronzo sinterizzato è ottenuto per compattazione e successiva cottura di polvere metallica. L'artigiano forgia la materia grezza trasformandola in gioielli unici. Il processo si conclude con un trattamento superficiale, il bagno galvanico, che stabilizza e definisce l’aspetto finale del singolo pezzo, mantenendo però leggibile la sua origine.

The starting point is a material that originates in an industrial context: sintered bronze is obtained through the compaction and subsequent firing of metal powder. The artisan forges the raw material, transforming it into unique jewelry pieces. The process concludes with a surface treatment, the galvanic bath, which stabilizes and defines the final appearance of each piece, while preserving the trace of its origin.
